BAASIS© gold standard is the English version. The 2021 BAASIS© version has been translated into Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, Chinese (simplified), Czech, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Spanish and Swedish by native speakers using a forward‐backward translation approach based on standard translation protocols (e.g. ISPOR translation guidelines – Wild et al. 2005).
